Welcome!

Trying to meet your needs for faster deliveries, we import goods to Montenegro from Serbia and Croatia every 2-3 weeks.

By importing from both countries, we reduce the amount of undelivered goods, due to the deficit in stock in a certain country.

Payment

Depending on the value of your order, the advance that needs to be paid in advance will be 30-50%

You can deposit the advance in the account of the company (domestic or foreign currency) or in cash on the premises of our warehouse at our address.

The rest of the amount is to be paid by cash on delivery.

When communicating with an operator, it is possible to specify conditions that are suitable for both parties.

Delivery

If we are unable to deliver a product, we will inform you in a timely manner and suggest a suitable alternative for it.

We deliver our products to all cities in Montenegro according to the standard tariffs of local courier services. The delivery price will be determined after a discussion with our operator.

Assembly

We also provide assembly services, except linkage to water, electrical and sewage systems

Note

*Ikea Montenegro is not an authorized representative but an importer of the Ikea range in Montenegro.

*Therefore, the return of the goods is possible only with additional costs for the non-refundable part of the value of the goods (customs and VAT are not refunded ~30% of the value of the item)
